Returns
We accept returns on unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
We're unable to accept returns on opened food products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Send us an email at admin@meowtail.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. No stress.
Refunds
Once a refund has been approved, we will process it on our end straight away.
Refunds usually take 5–10 working days to appear in your account. This depends on your bank or payment provider, which is outside our control. We'll always process refunds as quickly as possible on our side.
