Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will always see the full delivery cost before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Standard delivery is £4.99 per order. We offer free standard delivery on orders over £50. We always aim to keep delivery as affordable as possible.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
How We Pack Your Order
We are a small team, and we take real care with every order. Each parcel is packed thoughtfully to make sure your items arrive safely and in good condition.
We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, and we always try to get things moving without cutting corners.
Milkshake and Chocolate may well be nearby while your order is being packed. They take quality control very seriously. 🐾
Where We Ship
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand to more countries in the future, but for now we are focused on looking after our UK customers well.
A Few Things to Note
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
