Meowtail Shop is a trading name of Aipairs Ltd (Company No. 16856521), registered in England and Wales.

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Meowtail Shop website and the purchase of products from us.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. Acceptance of your order takes place when your order is dispatched.

If you need to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@meowtail.shop with your order number. We will do our best to help.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or, where possible, a suitable alternative.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We do not store your payment details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by Shopify's secure checkout.

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Full details on delivery timeframes and costs can be found on our Delivery & Shipping page.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our full returns and refunds policy is set out on our Returns & Refunds page. We accept returns on unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

We are unable to accept returns on opened food products for hygiene and safety reasons. Please contact us before sending anything back.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Aipairs Ltd (trading as Meowtail Shop) in connection with any product or order is limited to the value of that order.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
